Data Deletion

Authorized account users can request deletion of data associated with the MannaCrystal business account integration.

How to submit a request

Email [email protected] with the subject “MannaCrystal Data Deletion Request”.

Include enough information to verify the request

  • Your name and a reply email address.
  • The business account or account identifier associated with the authorization, if known.
  • A short description of the data or authorization you want removed.

What happens next

We will review the request, confirm that the requester is authorized to act for the relevant account where necessary, and delete or de-identify eligible information from active systems. Information that must be retained for security, legal, fraud-prevention or compliance reasons may be retained only for the period required for that purpose.

Revoke platform access

You may also revoke the integration from the relevant platform account settings where that option is available. Revocation stops the integration from intentionally using that authorization for new API requests.
